Event Cleaning Services
East Coast EventCleaning Services Management Team have managed cleaning needs for events from one day to a week-long, indoor and outdoor events and from golf events to fashion shows.
When our team is hired to provide the cleaning services for an event, our first priority is to meet with the client and discuss at length their exact requirements. We then work out the full event management guide from start to finish and how the event will be organised. This will include the preparation on the run up to the event, the cleaning schedule and staffing levels for the actual event and finally the post event clean up services. The client’s requirement and instructions will be at the forefront of the management guide for the event at all times.
In 2008, it was suggested to us by the management at the Portmarnock Hotel and Golf Links that we should consider a tender for the event cleaning services for the Ladies Irish Open which was being held at the hotels golf course. At the time our management team were running the accommodation department in the hotel and viewed a larger event as a great challenge and as an area we could branch out into, we had previously done smaller events and decided to apply.
Having been successful with the tender, we set out to organise the event and did so to the highest standard as expected of us. It was of course a great success and we have been successful every year since, not only in being awarded the event but also with the feedback from event management.
We werethen given the opportunity to manage the event cleaning services for the2011 Solheim Cup in Killeen Castle, Co. Meath. There was expected to be over 100, 000 at this event over the course of the three days and having worked closely with the event management, had planned all the details to their requirements and were well prepared in advance.
East Coast Event Cleaning Management Team have worked closely with us for a number of years now in organising our event cleaning needs forprevious Ladies Irish Open Events and the 2011 Solheim Cup. They looked after all areas including cleaning operatives, bathroom attendants, grounds maintenance and janitorial supplies.
East Coast Facility Support were an absolute pleasure to work with on this large scale international event. They were highly efficient and put so much effort into making The 2011 Solheim Cup a success. You could tell the management team and all employees had a real drive to keep the event and site as clean as possible. It’s not any easy job cleaning up after 80,000 people but they managed to do it.
Their standards of cleaning are second to none and we would definitely have no hesitation in recommending them for events in the future.
